ABOUT THE COFFEE

  • This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries.
  • Cherries were fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment.
  • Afterwards sundried until ideal moisture content was achieved.

 

  • This micro lot is 100% Yellow Bourbon. This varietal is a natural mutation of the Coffee Arabigo. The name Bourbon was given after an island now called Reunion, off the coast of Madagascar.
