ABOUT MIGU ESTATE
Migu Estate is one of the special estates in Yunnan coffee. The estate is in Menglian,
Pu'er City, Yunnan. It was established in 2016. The main elevation of the estate is from 1450 to 1600 meters. It is planted with Catimor varieties and a small amount of Typica.
Founder Banli is the second generation of coffee producers. Their family has more than 20 years of experience in coffee planting and processing. Their demand is to produce high-quality coffee（Above 82 in CQI stander）. They are willing to try new processing methods and they are one of the producers who use anaerobic fermentation processing methods in Yunnan. In the end, they are very happy to receive feedback and adjust.
Selectively pick the whole red fruit, flotation, dry the excess water and put it in a closed container to isolate the oxygen for 10 days fermentation. After the fermentation is completed, dried on the drying rack, and then have the second fermentation about 10 days, after that, process natural sunlight drying.
